Just finished the first scene of Chapter 32. I really like how this bit between Eli and his mom turned out. They needed to clear the air about some stuff. As does my girl Lily with her mother, Dani, but I’m building to that business because their history is more complicated. But as for things between Eli and Mi Sun, I feel like I’m closing the arc on that subplot. I was also able to work in some backstory about Mi’s upbringing in South Korea and how she first met Eli’s rock musician dad, Scooter. Aw, I love meet cutes.
