Eureka moment! Locked down a title for the next in The Browning Series. I named the first two novels for my male leads, so I’m naming the next two for the ladies. Book three, the PJ and Beau book, will be called Pretty Jane.
I’m really starting to understand what both of my main characters’ hang ups are in this story, and unraveling PJ and Beau just a little bit more with each chapter has been awesome. It’s been making me think a lot lately about the stupid notions we hold regarding male and female beauty. I love me a good romance novel, but I must admit I do grow bored with having every male lead be 6’2”, ripped, and tatted up. And the female lead is almost always several inches shorter. How about having the chick be taller? How ’bout having them be the same fucking size. Damn, that would be hot. Just got an idea for a scene. I think PJ’s gonna borrow some of Beau’s clothes…
