Well, the writing is still going very slow, but I’m gonna cut myself some slack here since it’s the summer, and I’ve got my kids at home.
I was able to work on Chapter 11 today. In this one, I got Andy going on her first surf lesson with Luke. Because of her anxiety about the ocean and her SPD, things don’t go so well for her. It sure worked out well for me though because already I’m drawing my two leads closer together. Not only are they in close physical proximity during these surf lessons, but they are also learning more about each other emotionally and otherwise. (Although, he still doesn’t know she’s Autistic. Not sure when I’m going to have her enlighten him. We’ll see.)
